how it started
So. I got an email that said "make money with your farts."
I assumed it was a joke. Then I looked it up: fart content is legal, mainstream-allowed, and one of the fastest-growing fetish niches on creator platforms. There are entire subscription accounts, clip stores, and custom-video queues dedicated to it. The buyers are polite, loyal, and pay on time.
yes, really. there are people whose whole thing is this. the internet is amazing.
I wasn't going to figure out cameras, editing, buyer DMs, and clip stores by myself though — I have a life. So I signed with a studio that handles literally all of that. I film from home, approve what gets posted, and get paid twice a month. That's my entire job.
the money part
Okay, the numbers.
Subscriptions — my cut
65%
→ 75% after 12 months
Clips — my cut
60%
→ 70% after 12 months
Customs — my cut
70%
→ 75% after 12 months
Tips / PPV — my cut
65%
→ 75% after 12 months
After 12 straight months, every rate goes up 10 points automatically — no awkward asking. Or you can take the flat track instead: $600–800 per filming day, paid within a week, regardless of sales, plus 15% backend on your content for 24 months. You switch tracks whenever you want, quarterly.
and no, they never deduct their camera costs from my pay. that's called "no recoupment" and it's in the contract.
~ one of my recent months ~
40 subscribers × $25 × 65%$650
12 customs × $250 × 70%$2,100
Clip sales $400 × 60%$240
my take-home 💸≈ $3,000
(This is an example of a typical month, not a promise — your numbers depend on you.)
what i actually do
I film from home, whenever I want.
The studio ships you a 4K camera kit and you film from home, whenever you want — no commute, no studio, no schedule but yours. One filming session becomes a whole week of content and a bunch of products. They edit, post, run the accounts, answer buyer DMs, quote the customs, and ship any merch. I approve every post before it goes live.
my job description: film when I feel like it, approve posts, collect money. that's it. that's the job.
the face thing
Nobody knows it's me. That's by design.
The cameras shoot angles, not faces. Plenty of the studio's sellers are 100% anonymous and earn exactly the same rates as anyone else. Show your face, blur it, or never show it — your call, and you can change your mind later.
- You own your accounts and content — they hand everything back the same day you ask. No lock-in, ever.
- Your written boundaries list is law — anything outside it never gets quoted or shot. Buyers see prices, not your limits.
- No quotas, no pressure — consent is revocable mid-shoot, zero penalty. A "no" is just a "no."
- Pay lands on the 1st and 15th, itemized, with full dashboard access — you see the same numbers they do.
this was the part that made me say yes. it's all in writing or it doesn't happen.
my first months
How it went, honestly.
Month 1 —Signed the agreement, set my boundaries list, did my first filming day. Awkward for about ten minutes, then it was just… work. First clips went up.
Month 2 —First custom orders landed (they quoted them for me — I just read the specs and said yes/no). My first "wait, this actually pays" moment.
Month 3–4 —Subscribers started stacking. The studio's promotion started doing its thing. I did nothing extra.
Month 6 —A steady four figures a month, filming whenever I feel like it. My day-job friends don't ask how anymore, they just ask "is there room."
(Timeline reflects a typical seller experience — results vary.)
wanna try it?
The studio that runs my page is casting.
If you've read this far, you're at least 60% curious, which is exactly how I started. Applying takes two minutes and doesn't commit you to anything — you'll talk to a real person, see the actual deal sheet, and decide from there.
- You're 18+ with government ID (they verify — properly, like a real business)
- You're comfortable with fart content — they never recruit anyone who's on the fence about the niche itself
- You film whenever you want, from home — that's the whole commitment
